VP of Performance & Brand Marketing

Our client is seeking a strategic and data-driven VP of Performance & Brand Marketing to lead the development, execution, and continuous evolution of an integrated marketing strategy focused on brand growth, customer acquisition, digital transformation, and revenue performance.

This executive leadership role will oversee the connection between brand strategy and demand generation, ensuring marketing initiatives drive measurable commercial outcomes while delivering a seamless omnichannel customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Lead cross-functional teams across brand management, performance marketing, campaign management, CRM, content, social media, and related functions
Drive performance marketing initiatives including SEO, paid search, display, retargeting, email marketing, social platforms, and digital campaigns
Optimize the customer journey across digital and physical touchpoints
Utilize analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
Partner closely with executive leadership, eCommerce, sales, analytics, merchandising, product management, and finance teams
Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, KPIs, and performance reporting
Evaluate and implement modern marketing technologies, automation tools, personalization strategies, and AI-enabled solutions
Build and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners
Establish scalable marketing processes and operational best practices

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, or related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with strong background in brand strategy, digital marketing, and eCommerce growth
5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams
Proven success driving integrated omnichannel marketing strategies tied to measurable business results
Strong expertise across SEO, paid search, digital campaigns, CRM, content marketing, email marketing, and customer acquisition
Experience utilizing analytics and reporting tools to drive data-based decision making
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, digital transformation, and modern marketing technologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with both strategic vision and hands-on execution capability
